A fresh, burgeoning alt-rock band based out of Austin, Texas. Composed of vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herra, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez, Catch Your Breath injects a unique mix of synth soundscaping elements, imaginative production, and refined songwriting for an intense amount of emotion.

The band burst onto the scene with their debut single ‘Shame On Me,’ which quickly gained traction on streaming platforms and showcased their knack for blending heavy riffs with catchy, anthemic choruses. Shortly after, the band released ‘Dial Tone’ which has nearly 77 million streams to date. Their music is characterized by a potent mix of intense, driving rhythms, melodic guitar work, and emotionally charged vocals, drawing influences from bands like Bring Me The Horizon, I Prevail, and Bad Omens. CYB made a powerhouse appearance at Sonic Temple and Welcome To Rockville in 2024 as well as Welcome To Rockville, Aftershock Festival, and Blue Ridge Rock Festival in 2023.
