Orlando, FL ambient rock and alternative outfit Makari unveil their newest single, "Stare at the Sun," out on Friday, July 10 via Thriller Records. Accompanied by a lyric video, the track captures the thrill of chasing a love that burns so brightly it could destroy you.

“'Stare at the Sun' is about being attracted to someone’s energy, the bright light of their being; wanting to be consumed by it," shares the band. "It’s like they’re the sun, and you’re so in love you’re willing to dive into it, even though you know you could burn up in their atmosphere. This song is also about tuning out the noise of those who’d say this type of love is too risky because, if there’s anything in life worth risking it all for, it’s love."
