happydaze Announces EP, Full Free Radical, Shares Flourishing New Music Video For Title Track
Edinburgh, Scotland based 4 piece rock band, happydaze have announced their EP, Full Free Radical due out May 12th. Along with this news comes the release of the title track single, "(Full Free) Radical," accompanied by a retro inspired music video.
"(Full Free) Radical'' is produced by Mike Green (New Found Glory, All Time Low, Real Friends) and features the band's signature sound with a sing-along chorus that will take you straight to summer. The track's VHS feel visual has a nostalgic 90's vibe that will have you looking for the rewind button.
"(Full Free) Radical" shines a light on chaos, "blow up my life/go full free radical." making the decision that changes everything. Lyrics speak to perspective, "now I got your ticket lets go for the ride/you say it ain't different it's the same every time." On the second verse it's about how it doesn’t hurt, you just need to "learn how to fly" to find your way." - Vocalist Luke Bovill
The title track can be found on the band's forthcoming EP Full Free Radical due out May 12 via Thriller Records.
"Full Free Radical is the product of the last year of our lives. It’s about the decisions you make that change your life forever, the coming and going of people on your journey and taking care of the important things along the way. We have spent the last year finding out who we are as a band while finishing this record, wanting to make something that felt familiar but also new and exciting. The songs are honest, real and the truest representation of who we are as a band so far, we can’t wait to give them away to the world." -Vocalist Luke Bovill
