Broadside Signs to Thriller Records & Announces New Single "I Think They Know"

In a seismic shift set to rock the alternative music landscape, pop-rock powerhouse Broadside announces their official signing to Thriller Records, coinciding with the release of their new single and music video, "I Think They Know," on Friday, April 18th. This double announcement marks a triumphant new era for this Virginia based band that refuses to be contained by genre boundaries.
“With the energy and passion that Thriller Records has already poured into our art, we’re excited to see where the music takes us next. Our team is stronger than ever, and everything we’ve been working toward for years is finally coming to life. We’re beyond excited to launch the next chapter of Broadside with Thriller by our side,” says vocalist Oliver Baxxter on the signing.

"I Think They Know" dives into the universal yet deeply personal experience of social anxiety and alienation. Exploring the constant feeling of being watched and judged, creating a narrative around the paranoia that others can somehow see through the facades we construct. The recurring question of ‘do they know?’ throughout the song embodies the persistent fear that one’s perceived inadequacies are visible to everyone else.
Baxxter explains on the new single:
“This song is about feeling out of place, even in familiar settings. Imposter syndrome takes over and consumes the over thinker.”
